    Backorders are shipped as soon as the product is available in the warehouse.

  7. My order never arrived?

    Check the tracking status. If the order was returned to the Distribution Center, please contact the shipper regarding re-shipping of the order. Note: Shipments do not take place on weekends, January 1, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, Christmas or the last week of the year.

  8. How do I cancel my order/item?

    Orders need to be cancelled before the order is shipped, other wise customers must return the shipment to the Distribution Center at their own expense. When we receive the shipment back at the Distribution Center we will credit your account for all products returned in good condition. You can cancel your order for a backordered item until the day the item ships.

  9. How do I handle items missing from my shipment?

    Fill out the on-line form within 24 hours after receiving shipment..

  11. How much is shipping?

    Free for continental Ground shipments over a thousand dollars or orders that include at least one treatment. Collect On Delivery (COD) orders incur a mandatory $20 surcharge unless over a thousand dollars.
    Please note our warehouses do not ship on weekends and we do not offer Sunday or holiday delivery.

  12. When will my order ship?

    Usually within two business days of order submission. To be clear, your order will usually be processed within two business days of order submission. After processing, it is picked up by the shipper and assigned a tracking number. Use the tracking number to determine the actual arrival date. Note: Shipments do not take place on weekends, January 1, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, Christmas or the last week of the year.

  13. What do I do with items sent in error?

    Fill out the on-line form within 24 hours after receiving your shipment regarding which product was shipped incorrectly and which product you need. We wil l send you instructions regarding product replacement.

    • All returns must include the correct order number or invoice number which will be used as the Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
    • Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition, i.e.- no price stickers
    • Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.
    • Items that are broken or damaged in shipment will be replaced. Please notify us within 24 hours after receiving broken or damaged items

  15. When will my credit card be charged?

    Your credit card will be charged when the order is shipped.

    Only if your order is shipped to California

    We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, Master Card. Discover card using the PayPal selection and PayPal is also a valid form of payment.

    You will receive an invoice with your order. If you need an additional copy please, fill out the on-line form

    You will have to agree to buy a treatment or $1000 worth of products for your first order and be a licensed professional.
